Handball Mystery Box products contain authentic handball jerseys selected at random. Customers may choose a jersey size but cannot choose a specific club, country, league, or jersey model unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact jersey received.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product.
Handball Mysterybox ApS reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Handball Mysterybox ApS confirms acceptance. Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order can be accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellation requests may not be possible once an order has been accepted.
If we refuse, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
By placing an order for a Handball Mystery Box, you acknowledge that the jersey included in the box is selected at random. Unless specifically stated on the product page, customers cannot choose a particular club, country, league, or jersey model.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes applicable outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
