Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer once the return has been approved.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return under this right, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
