Yes. All jerseys are original products from professional handball clubs or authorised suppliers.

Yes. All shirts are original and new. Some shirts come with hangtags, while others do not – it depends on the individual club and manufacturer.

No. The mystery element is a central part of the experience. Therefore, you cannot choose a specific club, league, or shirt.

Yes. All Handball Mysteryboxes contain a factsheet with information about the handball club you have received. Here you can read about the club, the league, and get exciting facts that make the experience even more unique.

Yes. If there are specific clubs or jerseys you do not wish to receive – for example, because you already own them or support a rival team – you can write this in the comment field at checkout. We always do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Not always. Many of the jerseys can only be purchased locally in the club's fan shop or through foreign webshops, which often do not offer delivery to Denmark. With Handball Mysterybox, you therefore gain access to original handball jerseys that can otherwise be difficult to get hold of.

The value of the jerseys varies from club to club. Most original handball jerseys have a normal retail price higher than EUR 66,95, and therefore you will often receive a jersey that would cost more if you were to buy it through the club's own fan shop or other sales channels. Although we cannot guarantee this for all jerseys, we always work to put together Mysteryboxes with the best possible value.

Choose the size you normally wear in sportswear. The fit may vary slightly between different manufacturers and clubs. If you are in doubt between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

If the jersey does not fit, you have the option to return it in accordance with our refund policy. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Yes. You can order multiple Mysteryboxes in the same order and choose the size for each.

We do our best to avoid duplicate jerseys in the same order, but we cannot guarantee this for all sizes and stock situations.

We cannot guarantee a specific club or exclude specific clubs. If you have any requests or already own shirts from certain clubs, you are very welcome to write it in the comment field at checkout. We will then do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Our standard delivery time is 2–4 business days in Denmark. Standard delivery time in Germany is 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase, and we will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

The countries we currently deliver to are displayed at checkout. Delivery options and prices depend on the destination country.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link at the email address you used when placing the order.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout.

You can read the applicable terms and conditions for returns and the right of withdrawal in our return policy. The jersey must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it. You can return the jersey on our return portal.

No. We do not offer exchanges for a specific club or league, as this would remove the mystery element from the experience.

We accept the most common payment methods, including MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system.
